The true Mac nerds that we are, we got up early this morning and headed to Eastview Mall for the opening of the new Apple Store.

The first thousand customers got a free t-shirt and as Joel says, people will do anything for a t-shirt. We did get Krispy Kreme to sustain us while we stood in line, so that helped. The t-shirt, by the way was ginormous... I will have to sew it down.

  1. I am so out of touch..I didn't even know they were opening an apple store there. I haven't been to that mall in ages. Working so close to Marketplace mall, I can run into any store I want after work, thereby eliminating the Saturday mall day excursion (Brian is very happy about this) but its been a while..now I have to go check it out!!

  2. Hey LJC. I love Apple too. What's your best method of sewing a shirt down to size?

  3. Krispy Kremes - how brilliant! My hubby and I also lined-up early when Apple opened at Oakridge mall in San Jose, Ca. And yes, our T-shirt was ginormous as well. But no donuts, though.

  6. I was in Pittsford this past week for work. I know exactly which mall you stayed at. If I have to go back to Pittsford for work, where should I go eat? Everyone says I should have gone to Dinosaur for BBQ. Is there anything closer to Pittsford?
