Sunday, August 20, 2006 Wegmans does it again. I was standing in line with Aaron when I spotted these Incrediburgers by their pizza shop. An Incrediburger is a cheeseburger baked inside pizza dough. You can get a deluxe or classic version. I NEED ONE! It's brilliant. And I like to say the name... It reminds me of the kolaches I had during a road trip through Texas last year. I stopped at the Czech Stop in West, TX, and bought a couple for lunch (one stuffed with hot sausage and sauerkraut, one with sausage and cheese, and a blueberry cream cheese one for dessert). I'd never had them before, but I craved them for months afterward. They were so good - there's just something incredibly delicious about meats and cheeses baked inside bread. The closest Wegmans is like an hour away from me, but Jenny you are making the drive sound so tempting! They had a Kolache Factory where I lived in Indianapolis...they were good, but the problem was that you could never tell which was which!
