Today we picked helpless pumpkins, took them home, slaughtered them into pleasing shapes, then ate pie made of their innards. It was soggy out in the pumpkin patch but a satisfying day all in all.

I took lots of pictures... some really cool panoramic ones in the patch and of the lit pumpkins. They are available for viewing at My Gallery.

Do you have a recipe for "made from scratch" pumpkin pie? I'd like to try making one this year.

Baby Lauren looks sooooo much like Chuck!!

You captured some awesome pictures of Miss Lauren! What a cutie! I love the two of Stewie & the pumpkins, too.

In your gallery, how did you animate the photo of Stewie looking at the pumpkins? I thought I was looking at jpgs and then I noticed his head moved as I clicked from one photo to another.

by the way, I love your new panaromic kodak camera.

these are soo cool. I love the cats. Halloween tried to make it in France (well, advertising people tried anyway) but it didn't work. Nothing this year...

Jenny,

You look so cute in your yellow raincoat! Lauren has grown up a lot--she's a sweetie--I think she looks like her gorgeous mom! Great pumpkins!

linda - the photo of stewie isn't really animated... there are two similiar pictures one after the other... his head moves in the second picture so when it fades in after the first... it looks animated.
