I don't want to be one of those people who rush Christmas but I can't help it! Christmas stuff is everywhere already! At least I was able to hold out until after Halloween.

I have posted about these Celestial Seasonings Holiday Teas before... a long time ago... when the Sugar Plum Spice and Gingerbread Spice were new. This year the Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride is new and really... anything that tastes like a cookie can't be half bad. I love how all these boxes look together. I want the whole collection and then I will lock myself in the house with a teapot, the fireplace and a stack of magazines.

  1. I gotta be honest - I don't care for the designs of the bottom two. They don't flow with the top 5, and the graphics seem like they'd be on a package of fruit rollups or something. Also, Rudolph? I don't want my tea to rock! :)

  2. I think half the reason I love their teas is because of the packaging. At the factory, you can see full-size paintings of the scenes on the boxes that are cool. They also had some ceramic artists make amazing tea pots inspired by the box art that were amazing. I really should head down there before the holidays.

  5. It isn't a holiday collection flavor, but celestial seasonings makes a tea called "Vanilla Maple" that is one of the most yummy teas I've ever had. It's hard to find, I can only find it at Whole Foods in California.

  6. They have a few different ones each year but I have been hoping they'd bring back Nutcracker Sweet. Its been a few years, Im so psyched!! Its the best one. Sweet, but not cloyingly so. Warm, but not that overpowering sickly taste that most spicy teas have. YAY!

  7. Bring on the Christmas posts! I have also been struggling to contain myself and my Christmas cheer at least until the month of November but I don't know how much longer I can (and want to) hold out.

  8. I bought the Sugar Plum one last year, mostly on the packaging. I don't care for it, but I would give one of the other ones a try. That vanilla maple one sounds really good.

  13. I just ordered every single one on the web site for my co-worker who has been covering my maternity leave. She's a tea-nut! She's gonna love this.

  14. Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride is my favorite and I drink A LOT of tea. I have looked for it nearly everywhere here where I live and bought all I could find. I even have had my Mom looking for it for me. YUM, YUM good. Also, the Nutcracker Sweet is back this year and I love it too. I even have my little granddaughter, Lilly-age 5, asking "Granny, is it tea-time,yet". We love to have tea-time together. SunShine
