frog head

I have started making a frog amigurumi (Japanese art of crocheting ridiculously cute stuffed animals) at Sit & Knit.

This is his head.

Aaron thought I was making banister finial cozies.

That's awesome. When we moved into our house we found a doorknob cover that looks remarkably similar...

I was making a bird amigurumi once and my friend asked if I was making a willy warmer.

What would he have done if you WERE knitting finial knob cozies? That's the question.

Would it be better if he tried to get you professional help or if he just thought "Oh, that's so Jenny! Ha Ha," and kept walking.

I have sewn computer monitor, keyboard, and sewing machine cozies. When I tell friends about these things, sometimes I wonder what they really think about me. I already know that my family thinks I'm nuts.

kelli - doorknob cover? intriguing

debbie - my favorite color!

andrea - bah-hah!

lsaspacey - Aaron is soooo used to it. I was considering a finial cozie then... kinda how there are some groups that knit scarves for trees.
