cupcake

While I was in Atlanta for work, Tina was in NYC for work. She brought me back mini-cupcakes from Eleni's and a Tokidoki milk figure. The cupcake looks huge in the photo but it was actually only two inches tall. WAS.

All I brought back for her was a t-shirt. It's a very cool t-shirt though! More on that later...

OK...I am visiting New York City (Manhattan) for the first time this summer. I would love to know where the Tokidoki's came from and the best food joints within walking distance. Thank you in advance!

Sorry, I guess I should have said walking distance from The Iroquois on W 44th St. Thanks.

Luckily almost everything in Manhattan is within walking distance... if you have on good shoes and don't mind it. I know the Shake Shack in Manhattan Square Park (which I think is near 23rd street and 6th ave - so about 20 blocks from you) is supposed to be really good. We also HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Pommes Frites - but that is quite a bit further, around 14th st and 3rd ave - make sure you look things up rather than go by my locations - I am just listing general vicinity.

I got the Tokidoki's at Urban Outfitters. Eleni's is at Chelsea Market, which is at 14th street and 9th avenue.

UNIQLO is also an awesome store for cool t-shirts. It's on Broadway in lower manhattan.

I LOVE NY!

Thank you, Tina. I appreciate the direction. My kids love the milk tokidoki, so getting a few may be a good idea.
