vw art

My bug turned over 50,000 miles and I totally missed it. I meant to pull over and take a picture of the speedometer, but I somehow missed it.

Maybe I should get it some of these VW decals to celebrate.

  1. LOL, 50k? I bought my '03 bug used and it had 33k on it ... I'm about to roll over to 120k. *faint*

  4. When I was younger, there was a definite Mini / Bug divide and I am afraid I was firmly a Mini fan. It was a matter of national pride as far as I was concerned - Minis were about as British as you can get. However now that Mini is owned by BMW and both Minis and Bugs have been redesigned, my heart is softening towards this adorable car. I think Minis will always be my favouite but the Bug is a cutey, that's for sure!!!

  5. we don't have a bug, but my hubby and i always sing "happy birthday" to our camry once it hits every ten thousand mile mark ... it's so silly to sing to a car, but then again it's nice to know how far we've gone. :D
