When we were home for Thanksgiving I got to meet my grandma's new
puggle puppy, Maggie. Half pug, half beagle. I enjoyed picking out her
pug-features... eyes, back feet, tail trying to curl over. Her beagle
characteristics were obvious as she tore around the house and bounced
off the walls. She is a little
Hyper
Hypo.
Oscar took it all in stride.

So cute! Jenny, did your grandma use a local breeder? I've been on the lookout for beagle/pug breeders.
My grandma got her from a nearby farm... and she lives in PA, not Rochester.
Maggie is adorable! With that face she can get away with lots of hyper behavior I bet!

I had the awesome opportunity to finally meet a puggle (a puggle puppy!) this past summer, and you're right - adorable adorable adorable, but crazy energy! I wonder if they calm down as they get older.
