Has anyone seen anything like this before? My mom gave it to me several years ago and votive cups fit in it perfectly.
I think it is the base from a salad dressing holder and the dressing cups are missing. I have seen them where the dressing cups are larger like a tulip shap and have a rim/base that fits snug in the green base.
My mom has 2 mug trees that match that.
