Ok, I realize that this is a lot of packaging for blueberries. But when I spotted these Fresh Blueberry Blasters made by Nature's Partner at Wegman's I could not resist. I tell myself I can reuse them.
There are holes in the packaging so you can flip open the lid and run water through to wash them.
Why am I such a sucker for this kind of thing? Next I will be buying individually wrapped blueberries.
They are cute, but man you're right - that packaging is horrendous!

I feel like such a kill joy, but wouldn't the "normal" blueberry packaging be ultimately better for the environment than these 2oz things? Just a thought.

hehe i think the packaging is adorable. plus, my 16 month old son LOOOVES him some blueberries, these would be a cute container! too bad we don't have wegman's out there in california. :(

I love the birdfeeder idea! You should do it and then show us how with a photo tutorial! Please?

ukgreengirl - yeah I agree with you! That's why I said I tried to resist them!

I bought those too! They are reusable. I bought a huge pack of bluberries from Costco and can pre-pack and wash them for snacks at work with these containers. Don't feel bad, just re-use them! And thanks for posting this. I was trying to show someone what they looked like. :)
