I know I am still talking about Easter, but it is my favorite holiday and I felt somewhat jipped by its quick approach this year. I just had to post a picture of the sweet potatoes my grandma made this year for Easter dinner. She has never made them before... but look at the craftsmanship on those marshmallows. *drool*

How apropos it is that you just wrote that Easter is your favorite holiday, while I just blogged that I still hate it.
You are always so upbeat while I...well, am so, negative.

I love the fact that you love Easter. And peeps! I thought of you last week when they did a segment on peeps on Sunday morning. Did you know that they were originally made by the Amish? Fascinating!

I agree, Easter was just way too short this year. I love the new banner.

I'm sorry, but I just have to jump in and oppose the use of the word gypped (or jipped, or however you choose to spell it). Perhaps you weren't aware that it's a really negative racial stereotype.
