I have always wanted balloons like I see online... the big perfectly round ones. Of course Aaron had some for my birthday party. After the party we still had the helium tank and a couple bags of regular balloons.

I was pretty excited to open my birthday gift from Aaron.

I can't wait to put it up and start growing veggies & flowers! I love it!

Greeting cards

You know what cracks me up? When the pugs get me Birthday and Mother's Day cards. They go to so much trouble to find the perfect card.

And then Stewie always tries to one-up them!

The big birthday

After a week of watching Aaron sneak around he surprised me today with a birthday party! Well, not a complete surprise. We have had one of those and one is enough to last a lifetime . As I told Aaron, no more pop-out-of-a-closet surprise parties for this gal.

It was so good to see everyone! There were all my favorite people, food (charcuterie) and a JAR theme!
